During COVID lockdown and sadly being furloughed I started making handcrafted watercolour bookmarks, cards and gift tags, together with perfecting how to make cheese scones, to save me from boredom and to while away the time. My dad suggested that I should try making resin bookmarks, which I did, and absolutely loved and, when COVID rules allowed, started selling them at local craft fairs and events and they proved to be very popular with both adults and children alike. This is how the name BookMarkit came about. Not being satisfied with just making bookmarks I expanded my resin range to include, together with the bookmarks, little pocket hugs, keyrings and bag fobs, stich markers, hair accessories, coasters, phone/tablet...
